All of our products are lovingly handmade with 1.5/2/3mm wire, please take care when handling and installing. Avoid bending to ensure your pieces are not misshaped. For knitted items ensure care is taken and the knit is not pulled.Pictures must be provided of the fault or damage and the item must be returned before a refund/replacement is processed. Personalised items are NON-REFUNDABLE unless we as the makers make an error with regard to personalisation. For more info see our full T&Cs.

* Handmade to order: Turnaround is 1–4 weeks (longer during school holidays). If needed for a specific date please get in touch BEFORE ordering. I will accommodate where possible.
