All of our products are lovingly handmade with 1.5/2/3mm wire, please take care when handling and installing. Avoid bending to ensure your pieces are not misshaped. For knitted items ensure care is taken and the knit is not pulled.Pictures must be provided of the fault or damage and the item must be returned before a refund/replacement is processed.
