All items are handmade therefore slight aesthetic differences to be expected. We do our best to minimise tool marks, but occasionally they’re unavoidable.
Christmas Pudding
All of our products are lovingly handmade with 1.5/2/3mm wire, please take care when handling and installing. Avoid bending to ensure your pieces are not misshaped. Pictures must be provided of the fault or damage and the item must be returned before a refund/replacement is processed. Personalised items are NON-REFUNDABLE unless we as the makers make an error with regards to personalisation.
